The Sales Action System™ OVERVIEW

The Sales Action System™ (SAS) is Dale Carnegie Training's® newest Internet-based program designed to enhance performance during and after the Sales Advantage Course™. The SAS guides salespeople through the Sales Advantage® selling process using the latest interactive technologies. These technologies include video, action plans and a "Submit Your Progress" feature that enables salespeople to practice their sales skills online and receive coaching from their instructor, group leader or boss.

The SAS helps salespeople to:

  • Build self-confidence and overcome the challenges of selling
  • Communicate value from the buyer's point of view
  • Master a consultative selling process and shorten the sales cycle
  • Strengthen relationships by building credibility and client loyalty
  • Develop a positive attitude to generate sales results

Each lesson in the SAS includes:

  • A progress report that allows salespeople to submit weekly assignments for feedback from a live coach
